Former HOT ISSUE member Nahyun was announced as a member on May 3 2023. Former bugAboo member Rainie was announced as a member of PRIMROSE on May 16 2023. Hayun was introduced as the final member on June 3 2023. Nahyun, Rainie, and Hayun debuted in PRIMROSE on August 18 2023 with the group's 2nd mini album LAFFY TAFFY.
